10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Open Gym. Open to all to drop in and get a workout in, or come work on a weakness. Recommended for all Nutrition Challenge participants who have not completed 3 WODs this week.
12:30 pm: Nutrition Challenge Info Session. Required for all participants. You do not need to be signed up for the challenge to come to the session, you are welcome to come listen, and sign up afterwards.
