WOD 01/22/13

Skill work: Continued work on pull up progression

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
10 Toes to bar
10 Power snatches (75/45 lbs)
30 Double unders

* We conducted a little survey on Facebook last week regarding new class times and wanted to make sure we include all of you that may not be Facebookers, so, if we added a class time to our adult schedule what time would you like to see a class added?  Post to comments below.

  2. I would like a later morning class like 8 :30AM. Those of us who take our kids to school could do thatthat then come to crossfit after we drop them off.

  4. Later morning like Dusty said. I'd be able to do that time on days when I'm off or going into work late.

  5. I like the idea of a 4 or 4:30 class. I wouldn't be able to go everyday, but that would give me a Thursday and Friday option.
