*As a result of our recent surveys, we have decided to add a 4:30 pm adult CrossFit class to our regular schedule, beginning 02/04/13, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (That's next week, not this week :) We hope this helps lots of you work a WOD into your schedule more easily.
Registration for 2013 Games Open begins January 30th. New Masters Category for 40 to 44 yr olds - it gets closer everyday.
