WOD 02/08/13


It's Official!  We are so happy to announce that the rumors are true...  We will be moving to 6161 East Main St. to a much bigger, better building.  We don't have an exact date yet, but we will keep you posted as things unfold.

WOD:  AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
8 push ups
10 med. ball cleans (20/14 lbs)
12 sit ups

MWOD: "Goat" mobility work 10 minutes post WOD

  1. Paleo Pancake Options
    6 eggs, divided
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp almond oil (we do 2/3 tsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp almond extract)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/2 c shredded carrots
    3 TBSP raisins

    In a bowl, beat egg WHITES ONLY until they become frothy (about 2 minutes).
    Add vanilla and almond oil and beat 1 minute. Add yolks, baking soda, coconut
    flour and ginger, and beat 1 minute. Add carrots and raisins, and
    stir. Cook.

    Option: replace ginger, carrots, and raisins with 2 lemons juiced and 2
    tsp poppy seeds for Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

    Option: for original pancakes, delete ginger, carrots, and raisins
