WOD 08/11/14

Fat bar Push press: 3 x 3

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
8 Hanging cleans (135/95 lbs)
8 Shoulder to overhead (135/95 lbs)
20 Wall balls (20/14lbs)

Strength class: (6:30 pm) Movement focus will be: Hanging power snatches

*In order to continue having quality evening classes, we request that you guys start signing up for ALL evening classes.  We realize it's hard to remember to sign in for just day per week, so let's just start signing in at least for all evening classes, if not all classes, so it's just habit.  Thanks again!

*Beginning today we will be running a strength class on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm.  This class will be coached and include a warm up, a lift (which could be power or olympic lifting), accessory work, and mobility work.  It will be different work than is programming for regular classes, so if desired, both classes could be taken.  This class is included in all unlimited memberships and punch cards.
