WOD: “Nancy”

5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95/65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Post WOD Mobility: Lacrosse ball to scapula, then, eagle pose, 1 minute each side; box or floor prayer stretch, 2 minutes.
6:30 pm Mobility Class: Shoulders

Thursday evening Mobility Class is cancelled through January 7th, it will restart the week of January 9th.
