And the workout for non-CrossFitters is announced:
Each team of 4 members will work at a circuit of 5 stations. The movement stations will be the following:
Single-unders (jump rope)
Ground to overhead with a 10-20 lb. med. ball
Row (for calories)
In this workout each of the four team members will rotate through each of the five stations, after spending one minute performing reps at one of the given stations. On call of “rotate”, each athlete must move to next station immediately for best score. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. one more time. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. The team’s total score at the end of the workout is the combination of all athlete’s total reps/calories for the entire 11 minute workout.
And in the true spirit of CrossFit, the CrossFitters team WOD will be announced tomorrow morning.
