All classes are free to anyone that wishes to try out our gym for the first time; all abilities are welcome.  Classes run at 5 am, 6 am, 8:30 am, 12 pm,  4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.

Front rack walking lunges (sets, 95/65 lbs)

Post WOD Mobility: Foam roller smash to hamstrings, then, bilateral active hamstring stretch, 1-2 minutes; passive hamstring stretch on rig, 1-2 minutes each leg
