Doors open at 9 am, Events begins at 10 am.
In 4 person teams:
Athletes start at the front of the rig,
Each athlete designates which movement they will do for the team.
The first athlete runs to their designated movement and completes reps assigned, then runs back to group and tags the next member for their movement. Each individual must do the designated movement for all four rounds.
Time stops when the last round and last rep are completed and last athlete runs across line where all the athletes are located.
4 rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
15 Pull ups or 6 Muscle ups (athlete chooses one and must stick to the one for the WOD)
50 Double unders
