For time:
 1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We will run the WOD at 9:30 and 10:30 am. If you haven’t done so, sign up officially @ www.themurphchallenge.com and then sign up for a heat time on MindBody (just like you sign up for classes).  All regular classes are cancelled, including Kids’ class.
