Our OnRamp course is restarting January 2016! This is a gentler, slower alternative to our Essentials course. It lasts 4-weeks, meeting twice per week, and introduces new athletes to all basic CrossFit fundamental movements and philosophies. Attendance to all classes is mandatory to progress on to regular CrossFit classes. Our next OnRamp course will begin January 5th, and run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm for 4 weeks.
