And the Reps for Ethan workouts are…..

Kids: Team game tournament:
Beach towel relay, Shoe relay, and Fort relay.

Teens and Non-CrossFitters: 
In teams of 4, complete as many reps as possible of sit ups, burpees or box jumps, and lunges in 15 minutes.
– While 2 athletes complete a 200 m run, the other 2 athletes will work, one at a time, to complete reps of the given movement. When the runners return, they will take over rep completion, while the other 2 athletes run 200 m. For the first 5 minute segment, complete sit ups, the second 5 minutes, complete burpees or box jumps, and for the final 5 minute segment complete lunges. Score is the teams cumulative rep count.

Follow the same time scheme for the above 15 minute AMRAP, but substitute toes to bar, box jumps (24/20″) and ground to overhead @ 65% of your 1RM Clean and jerk.

We have lots of openings for teams in all categories, and we will be at the gym Friday from 9 till 6:30. Stop in and get your team registered.
