Today we offer Essentials Class 1 at 8:30 am. This class is the initial training we require for anyone new to CrossFit, and it lasts about 90 minutes, including a short workout at the end. We will go over common barbell movements (with only a piece of PVC pipe as your mock barbell) as well as the ideas and philosophies behind CrossFit. Our complete Essentials Course is 2 sessions and the second session will be scheduled by appointment, once your first session is completed. Saturday’s course is open to walk-ins and if you can’t make it we can schedule it by appointment whenever it works better for you. The cost of this course as a drop in Saturday is $65, or $80 if by appointment. Please contact us if you have any questions, we’re happy to talk.
