Open Gym: 10 am – Noon: Open to all members who have already completed our Essentials or OnRamp Course.
Free Trial Class: 11 – 11:45 am: Free class; open to the public to try out CrossFit for the first time.
Essentials Class: Noon – 1:30 pm: For new members; provides training in the 9 essential movements of CrossFit. Following this class, participants will be scheduled to complete one additional training session before joining our regular CrossFit classes.
*Remember, OnRamp begins June 3rd, and will run each Monday and Wednesday in June at 4:30. We still have a few spots open in this class. This is a great opportunity for beginners to get started at a slower pace and with others in the same boat. Register online or at the gym. Space is limited, so register now!
