Skill work: L-sit: 20 Seconds on/30 seconds off x 3, In parallettes
and hanging from pull up bar (Advanced athletes use rings for both)


EMOM for 12 minutes perform:
1 Hanging power clean (185/130 lbs)
1 Front squat (185/130 lbs)
1 Shoulder to overhead (185/130 lbs)
5 Burpees
