It’s Free Friday again! All are welcome to come in and try out a class today at no charge. Classes are at 6 am, 8:30 am, Noon, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm. This is a great time to start CrossFit and a great day to see what a regular class looks like. All levels are appropriate to attend Free Friday, the workout can be modified and made safe for all of you, so come on in.

Don’t forget! Saturday night is our Holiday Recovery potluck at 7:00 pm. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. It’ll be a fun time, adults-only, and a great chance to get to know the people you work so hard with each time you’re at the gym! Just bring a dish to contribute and we’ll meet you at the gym for some fun!
