50 Handstand push-ups
160/115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 30 reps
90 foot Walking lunge with 160/115 pound barbell in front rack
Post WOD mobility: Quad smash on roller; then, couch stretch 2 minutes each, rig Achilles stretch, 1-2 minutes each
