Thank you to all who participated in or donated to the Sandy Hook Benefit WOD on Saturday. As a gym we raised about $500.00 for the families of the victims in Newtown, CT. It was truly an inspiring workout to watch; I think everybody pushed themselves a little bit harder than normal and the energy in the room was palpable, I got chills a few times watching you guys. Great Job and Thank you all!
