Skill work: Rowing technique
WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Row 250 meters OR Run 200 m
Post WOD mobility: Banded super front rack, 1-2 minutes each; Pec stretch on rig, 2 minutes; Rig lat. stretch, 2 minutes each
