Skill work: False grip practice; Achieve 15 pull ups in rings applying a false grip. Advanced athletes hold a medicine ball between feet (20/14 lbs)
WOD: AMRAP 25 minutes of:
200 m run
8 Box jumps (30/24”)
1 rope climb (15’)
Post-WOD Mobility: Wrist flexor stretch on all 4, 1-2 minutes cumulatively; Barbell Achilles tendon smash, 2 minutes each leg and Achilles and soleus stretches, 2 minutes each leg.
