As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
3 squat snatches (115/75 lbs)
6 thrusters (115/75 lbs)
9 deadlifts (115/75 lbs)

Remember, for all participants in the Whole30 Challenge, we are having a question and answer type meeting to keep us all motivated.  You can attend either tonight at 6:30 pm or Saturday at noon.  It is not mandatory, but recommended if you have any questions at all.
