Skill work: Kipping Clinic: Applied to pull ups, toes to bar/knees to elbows    
Team WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes of:
10 Partner deadlifts (405/305 lbs)
16 Partner burpees
100 m Partner carry

Post WOD mobility: Foam roller or lacrosse ball to length of hamstrings, 3-4 minutes each leg, then active Hamstring stretch 1-2 minutes, Passive supine hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each leg.

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2, 50% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: General stretching and Paleo support group talk, open to all!
