WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
22 Target jumps (6” above max standing reac)
16 Overhead weighted walking lunges (45/25 lbs, total)
10 Lateral box jumps (24/20”)

Post WOD mobility: Glute roller smash. 5 minutes minimum and pigeon stretch, 2 minutes each
