*This Saturday is the Pose-running clinic at noon and running abut 3 hours. This class is a MUST if you want to learn to run safely in your new minimalist shoes, but the clinic will also teach you how to become a faster, more efficient runner, just by changing up your technique. The class is open to the public and to members. Register at the gym, walk-ins will be accepted.
*February’s OnRamp class will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Spots are still open and registration can be completed at the gym or online here.
*We will be starting another Nutrition Challenge on Sunday, February 16th for all those interested in learning about a Paleo Diet or just getting yourself back on track.
