*Got a squat that folds in half? Knees that collapse in? Pain with lifts? Nagging shoulder pain that seems to be hanging around? Do your mobility work! AND…. Maintain yourself! Dr. Pendergrass is returning for another free clinic on Tuesday afternoon, from 3:30 to 5:30. He is scheduling 10 minute assessments for any physical ailments. Sign up at the gym, this could be the missing link in your training.
*Beginning Monday February 10th, 2014, all 6:30 pm class times will be Open Gym rather than a structured class time. All members are still welcome and encouraged to attend as long as either OnRamp or Essentials has been completed. There will, as always, be a coach on site to help you if needed. This is a great time to come in and lift, work on a weakness, or meet some new people.
We will reassess interest in this class time at the beginning of April.
*This coming Saturday at 12:30 pm we will welcome Altitude Chiropractic for a lecture on “Your Spine and Physical Performance”. Come in and learn how your body works and how to optimize physical performance. The lecture is free and should run for about 30 minutes.
