MWOD: (before warm up) 3 minutes rolling each calf with lacrosse ball, then stretch heel cord/calf
 on wall for 1 minute on each side.

WOD: For time:
          Run 400 m
          21 push presses 95/65 lbs
          21 back extensions
          Run 400 m
          15 push presses
          15 back extensions
          Run 400 m
          9 push presses
          9 back extensions

*Congratulations to Anna P. who took first place in the Women’s Superstrong Division at CrossFit Durango’s Strongman/woman Competition on Saturday!  She was impressive to watch.  Good Job

    No surprises here Anna – you rock!
    So I have a cool easy paleo/zone meal idea I'm trying this week:
    A can of pumpkin is 3 carb blocks, mix 2 cans with 6 eggs, 6 tbs of beef gelatin, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and 3 tbs honey, you get a 12 block carb, 12 block protein mix that is 1/2 veggie carbs. Mix – bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, refrigerate and use during the week. I put mine into 6 glass bake containers, for easy 2 block servings.
