MWOD: Hip opener in bottom of squat x 2 min
                Anterior and medial hip capsule mobilizations with band
                Hip flexor stretch, 1 minute each side

WOD: 7 rounds for time of:
             15 push presses 65/45 lbs
             15 sumo deadlift high pulls 65/45 lbs
              5 pull ups
