    hey everyone i'm back, sorry for the long absents. i see that you guys have been busy, i have some major catching up. so i started by doing todays workout, nice way to get back into things. i completed this one in 7:49 doing singles, i'm still working on double unders. by next month i will have at least ten in a row. ANNA nice video and great job in Durango. i will see everyone back at the gym on Monday the 13th.
