Paleo/Zone Challenge begins in 1 week!
This Challenge will reward the participant for compliance with the Paleo and Zone diets. These diets, when combined, address the quality of the foods that you eat, as well as the quantity and ratio of your macronutrients (carb, fat, protein). What that means is that it provides fantastic measurable results in areas such as body composition(fat percentage), physical performance, and all-around health and wellness. That makes this a great Challenge even if your body composition is right where you want it and all you desire is improved performance at the gym. We encourage all members to show up Friday evening for our potluck and info session at 6:30 pm. You will learn something and it will be a fun, social Valentine’s night.
