*The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of 3 attempts of the back squat,
shoulder press, and deadlift. In that exact order.

Post WOD Mobility: Hamstring smash on foam roller or ball, 3 minutes each, then,
hamstring stretch, 2 minutes each.
