Skill work: Dumbbell snatch technique

WOD: Workout 17.1
For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

*If you have already completed this workout as part of the Open, we will have an alternate WOD for you at class.

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to scapula, 3 minutes each, then, box prayer stretch, with dowel, 2 minutes, Rig calf stretch, 2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength Class:  Lift: Low bar squat, heavy set of 5

Monday night mobility is cancelled until after the Open.
