    What are our day and time options for doing the Open workout in front of a certified coach? Are we expected to do the workout on Saturday? Thanks!

    You can get it done during any Open Gym time, most people will likely get it done on Saturday. Otherwise we will get individuals scheduled with a trainer another time, let us know if that needs to be done.
