MWOD:  Lacrosse ball to pec minor/major, 2 minutes each side, then,
              2 minutes in foam roll bank robber stretch, then,
              Pec minor stretch, 1 minute each side
WOD:  Every minute on the minute perform:
           5 hanging squat cleans (95/65 lbs)
           3 ring dips
*If you complete 10 rounds, then begin to add one rep to each movement, each minute until you cannot complete the given number of reps in the minute.  Score is the number of the last round you were able to complete (not the number of reps)
