WOD: Workout 17.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
55 wall-ball shots (20 lbs to 10’/14 lbs to 9’)
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Post WOD mobility: Hamstring smash on barbell and/or QL smash with ball, then supine rig hamstring stretch, 2 minutes each and quadruped QL stretch, 1 minute each
