WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
200 m med. ball carry (20/14 lbs)
8 med. ball sit ups
8 wall balls
If you didn’t get to complete Open WOD 13.3 on Thursday night, plan on coming to Open Gym on Saturday at 10:00 am. It should be alot of fun! Seriously.
