Skill work: Plank holds 1 min. x 3

Partner WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
12 thrusters  (75/45 lbs)
12 med. ball throw sit ups (6 each)
6 pull ups

*Only one partner can be moving at a time during thrusters and pull ups and cannot advance to the next movement until both partners have completed the movement.  For example, Partner A completes 12 thrusters, then Partner B completes 12 thrusters, then, Partner A and B move onto
sit ups together, etc.
