Notice to all CrossFit Open participants: The schedule for the completion of Open WOD 14.5 is going to be a little bit different this coming week, so head’s up: Please plan to get your WOD done either Thursday evening at 6:00 pm or Saturday afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. At both sessions, we will get WODs done in a first come, first served basis. We will set up heats based on your arrival time.
