Skill work: Achieve 30 Hollow body rocks for quality
WOD: 2 rounds for time of:
800 m run
20 Box jumps (30/24”)
50 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
Post WOD mobility: TFL and glut. medius smash at hip, 3-4 minutes each, then,

lateral hamstring/hip cross body stretch with band, 2 minutes each

Lift: Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain
