WOD 04/01/16 Free Friday

Today is Free Friday!! All regular classes are open to the public today to try CrossFit for free.  Classes run at 5 am, 6 am, 8:30 am, 12 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.

 

Bench press: 3-3-3-3-3

 

WOD: For time:
21 Push presses (95/65 lbs)
42 Grasshoppers (total)
15 Push presses
30 Grasshoppers
9 Push presses
18 Grasshoppers
Post WOD Mobility: Scapular smash with lacrosse ball, 2-3 minutes each, then, chicken wing stretch with dowel,

1-2 minutes each and box prayer stretch with band and dowel, 2 minutes.
