30 Squats
135/95 pound Power clean, 19 reps
7 Strict Pull-ups
Run 400 meters

Post WOD mobility: Upper trap. stretch, 30-60 seconds each side x 2; Lat. dorsi rig stretch, 1 min. each; Couch stretch, 2 minutes each

*In memory of the nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team who tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013, while fighting a fire in Yarnell, Arizona.
