*Remember to sign up for our Olympic Lifting Clinic, being held on Saturday at 1:00 pm.  We will focus on the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, specifically, and I can’t think of any athlete that couldn’t use just a little extra work on those 2 movements, even Rich Froning.   There is no perfection in CrossFit, after all, fitness is a journey not a destination, so we’ll see you Saturday!

Skill work: Tripods and headstands

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
400 m run
30 wall balls (20/14 lbs)
30 back extensions
