Snatch: 15 minutes to work to a heavy single


WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes of:

3 Muscle ups

6 Turkish get ups  (each side, 53/35 lbs)

15 Box jumps (24/20″)

 

Post WOD Mobility: Calf smash on barbell then, calf stretch 2 minutes each side

Lacrosse ball smash to scapula, box prayer stretch with dowel and band, 2 minutes
