Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to scapula, then, eagle and bow poses, 1 minute each, each side

11:00 am Strength Class: Lift: 5 x 2 Back squat @ 68%, 5 second pause

6:45 pm Mobility Class: Feet and ankles, and general stretching
