Skill work: Practice of scapular neutral position during deadlifts
                     1. Achieve 10 prone “T’s”
                     2. Achieve 10 prone and 10 sitting isometric middle trap. contractions
                     3. Apply an isometric mid. trap. contraction to your deadlift set up every time!             

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
            200 m run
             8 deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
