Skill work: Levers

Partner WOD: As a team, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 hollow body rocks
10 sit ups
15 air squats

*Only one athlete works at a time and each athlete must complete a round before the other athlete can take over.  Athletes must alternate working rounds.
