    this one kicked my A**, feeling the love in the shoulders and back of my legs. Hurts to sit down on the pot. Enjoyed it though Irak was setting a great pace for me, hope to see you again next week sometime. i finished in 14:20 with a modified weight, i believe i wrote 125 on the board wrong, i can't count after a good workout it was only 115. Chico your a bad a** good job. talk later guys and gals.
