WOD: “Barbara” 
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post WOD mobility: Smash lats with lacrosse ball, smash triceps on racked barbell, then, rig lat. stretch, 1 minute each; overhead pec, stretch, 1 minute each; couch stretch, 1 -2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength Class: Lift: Back squat, heavy single 

6:45 pm Mobility Class: General stretching
