One partner works while the other runs 200 m.
Each partner must complete a round of the following movements (single participants do 20 reps):
KB deadlifts (53/35 lbs)
KB swings (53/35 lbs)
Goblet squats (53/35 lbs)
Score is total reps/time. (Example: 200 reps/10 minutes = a score of 20)
