Congrats to our ENTIRE team that participated in the Western Slope Open Powerlifting Meet this past weekend! Each of these individuals placed first in their division/weight class. Pretty impressive you guys, great job!
1. Our 8:30 WOD will begin every weekday (M-F), effective 5/1/17.
2. Effective 5/1/17, we will begin offering a Beginner’s Hatha Yoga on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm, taught by Aspen Groen. There is no addition cost to members, this class is included in the unlimited membership. For anyone interested, we will now offer a punch card for Yoga/Mobility only, with 10 visits, good for 5 months.
3. We will have our annual Gym Clean Up Day for any volunteers interested on Saturday May 6th, starting at 9 am.
WOD: Five rounds for time of:
45/25 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
Post WOD Mobility: Glute smash on roller, Supine hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each; Rig plantar foot/Achilles stretch, 2 minutes each
11:00 am Strength Class: Lift: Bench press
