1. Our 8:30 WOD will begin every weekday (M-F), effective 5/1/17.
2. Effective, 5/1/17, we will begin offering Beginner’s Hatha Yoga on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm, taught by Aspen Groen. There is no addition cost to members, this class is included in the unlimited membership. For anyone interested, we will now offer a punch card for Yoga/Mobility only, with 10 visits, good for 5 months.
3. We will have our annual Gym Clean Up Day for any volunteers interested on Saturday May 6th, starting at 9 am.
