Announcements:
1. Our 8:30 WOD will begin every weekday (M-F), effective 5/1/17.

2. Effective, 5/1/17, we will begin offering Beginner’s Hatha Yoga on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm, taught by Aspen Groen. There is no addition cost to members, this class is included in the unlimited membership. For anyone interested, we will now offer a punch card for Yoga/Mobility only, with 10 visits, good for 5 months.

3. We will have our annual Gym Clean Up Day for any volunteers interested on Saturday May 6th, starting at 9 am.

 WOD: Five rounds of:

100 meter Sprint
Clean & jerk, 1 rep
Max reps Muscle-up
*Post time, load and reps for each. Rest as needed between efforts.

Post WOD mobility: Pec smash with lacrosse ball, 2 minutes each; Pec stretch on rig, 1 minute each; Lat. stretch with band on rig, 1 minute each; Bank robber stretch, 2 minutes
